CENTRALIZED BILLING:

The Centralized Billing module allows you to maintain a listing of valid direct bill customers at a central location.

Benefits:

Send out statements and apply payments at the corporate level.
Ensure only valid accounts receivable customers are allowed to charge their stay.

Required Equipment:
WAN in place from each property to a central location
NiteVision must be installed at the central location

Details:
The remote accounts receivable information at the central location is transmitted at pre-scheduled times, manually when desired, and always occurs during the night audit process.

When a direct bill guest checks in, NiteVision checks to make sure that charges are allowed for that customer and the credit limit has not been exceeded.
